Most orders placed before 5 pm EST Monday thru Friday will ship within 24 hours. Some orders take longer to process and will ship within 2-3 business days. All orders will be delivered within the shipping time frame selected during checkout. A tracking number will be emailed and updated on all orders as soon as the order ships.

**Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) will ship via USPS unless an alternative shipping method is selected at checkout. Delivery of orders to these locations can be delayed by several days.

HEAT SENSITIVE ITEMS

We recommend all temperature sensitive products be shipped express with ice packs and an insulated mailer. An optional Heat Sensitive shipping method, which includes express shipping, ice packs and an insulated mailer will automatically be added at checkout when heat sensitive items are added to the cart. Items will be shipped by the method selected at checkout if the Heat Sensitive Shipping option is not purchased.

Also, expect ice packs to melt before your order arrives. Ice packs are mean't to provide 24 to 48 hours of protection, which is more than enough to keep your items safe during transit. Most items can withstand room temperature for up to 2 weeks without being affected. All heat sensitive products ordered after 2:00 pm Wednesday and before 6:00 pm on Friday will be shipped out Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

Temperature-sensitive, special order and perishable items are not eligible to be returned. MY ITEM IS ON BACKORDER?

Very rarely are we backordered on an item. If this is the case, we will notify you by e-mail and place your order on hold until the item(s) is received. Most backorders arrive back in stock within 2-4 days.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

After your order is packed and ready to ship, we'll e-mail you your order tracking number.
If you can't find your tracking number. You can give us a call or send us an e-mail and we can provide you with your tracking information right away.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

All items must be returned within 30 Days of Purchase unopened and in their original condition at the time of sale. When you return an item YOU MUST Include a copy of Your Order Confimation you got online when you placed your order which conains your order info. RMA# is NOT Required. International shipping costs are calculated in U.S. currency based on estimated shipment weight and destination. Shipping costs for orders placed on the website are fairly accurate, but there are times when those estimates are incorrect. If we need to adjust shipping charges for your order we will contact you to authorize those additional shipping charges.

Returns: Credit will be given only for items returned within 30 days of receipt and that are sealed unopened and in good condition. it usually takes 3-5 business days to be credited. Please note, there are times when the funds may take longer to be credited to your account,


Customs Issues: If an item or order is returned to us because of a customs related issue, you will be charged for any cost incurred by Best-Healthpicks.com to retrieve the package and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
